[18/10/2018] Halloween
Have been updated with this maintenance:
- Kafra Operations
- Switched the War of Emperium 2 Town
- End of the Event: Double XP
- New Event: Halloween
- All Halloween quests have been reset
- Effects from Halloween equipments have been activated
- The Neuralizer can now be used without limit
