Delay on Support Tickets

Dear adventurers,

We'd like to inform you that due to technical difficulties there currently is a delay in answering support tickets. We're working hard on resolving these issues in order to be able to answer your tickets as soon as possible.

We would like to ask you not to send multiple tickets on the same issue. Tickets you sent will arrive and will be handled as soon as the current issues are resolved.

We will inform you in this thread once the problem has been fixed and answers are going out again.
