[16/11/2017] Malangdo Octopus Festival


Have been updated with this maintenance:

- Kafra Operations
- Switched the War of Emperium 2 Town
- End of the Event: Double Xp and No Level penalty
- New Event: Malangdo Octopus Festival
- Fix the issue with QPet not talking anymore
- Add missing description of some enchantments
- Fix the disappeared "hill" in the Flame Basin

Can i get good food from the event?
